Most integrations are designed for specific needs, often starting with PIM-requirements (Product Information Management). With Zitac Solutions Integrations Engine we take it a step further by also supporting market-related processes and other organizational processes. In a DAM (Digital Asset Management) manages a variety of digital assets at different stages of their lifecycle. Through our solution you can use PIM-information to effectively manage all types of assets, even those not directly relevant to PIM.
Our integration engine prioritizes metadata exchange and includes a smart asset synchronization module as part of the whole.
PIM and DAM have many common purposes, but there are also important differences to consider:
- Not all assets in one DAM are relevant to PIM, such as promotional images or working versions.
- However, many assets require PIM-metadata, such as product information.
- A single image can represent multiple products.
- A photo shoot often results in several similar images.

Asset Order Engine (Shadowflow)
Simplify your purchasing process with a media purchasing workflow in DAM from a need for media in PIM.
Let the user do their work in the most appropriate system and manage the asset ordering process through integration and automation. User-friendly, visual user experience in DAM easy to use, filter and search. Users can follow the ordering process in their preferred tool until the device is in PIM receive ordered assets.

Asset migration engine

Image link Pro
DAM cannot create links to images based on metadata. This is key to being able to seamlessly integrate customer systems with the images without having to store them twice. Set criteria for which image to display or send all images that match the filter.

Metadata Synchronization
Two-way integration between PIM and DAM.
Features:

- The metadata that can be configured to be retrieved is configured and data types are matched

Enables your suppliers to upload assets in bulk where metadata is added from the file name and other integrated sources such as ERP, CRM, PIM, et al.
