How works Bynder?

A DAMsystems help organizations in general, and marketing departments in particular, to work at the pace digital marketing demands. The early DAM-systems were created as an archive for ready-made images, layouts and logos. A DAM as Bynder now instead forms the basis for a modern and efficient way of working.

By adding different modules to Bynder you can gain full control over your production and also scale up the number of units that can be produced at the same time. Here we tell you how.

We have been working since 2023 with DAM-the solution Bynder together with Zitac Solutions. This has helped us a lot to get all our media files organized, but has also simplified web publishing of, for example, product information.

With Bynders module for Brand Guidelines Create dynamic web-based brand guides that are easy to configure and update over time. The guidelines are easily accessible and ensure that both internal and external stakeholders know exactly what applies, plus all files are available in DAM:it.

With Studio, your designers can create templates that can be quickly customized and used by other roles in the organization without requiring design skills or programs like Adobe Creative Suite.

By utilizing user-specific workflows, advanced template functions, and functionality to make quick format adjustments in bulk, the capacity to produce content increases significantly.

Studio automates the tedious, repetitive tasks that take up a designer’s time, such as making format adjustments or making last-minute changes, freeing up more time for creative work. Designers can take advantage of multi-format design, bulk edits, and animation presets to save time.

 

Studio is purpose-built for easy collaboration between teams so you can get content out faster than your competitors. Invite others to view and edit work and create multiple versions at the same time. By working together and using batches, you ensure the right content is created for different formats, channels and markets, thereby accelerating the speed at which you can produce content.

 

Editable templates

In Studio, templates can be created with predefined and lockable elements such as fonts, logos, images or video frames. This way, more than one designer can create material and there is no risk that it does not follow the graphic profile.

Collaboration in the same place

With Bynders module Creative Workflow everyone involved in the project collaborates in one place. Those who submit a request, the designer/advertising agency who will create content and those who will provide proofreading and finally approve. All files and all comments are done in Bynder and it is easy to see what stage each project is in and set priorities accordingly.

With Creative Workflow, you get control of issues, get clarity on a project's purpose, structure for proofreading and deadlines, and which department and client are involved. Creative Workflow makes it possible for users to create issues and fill in the brief information needed to move forward in the process.
