Challenge 1
Implement “Single Source of Truth” to ensure version control and efficiency.
In a research-intensive business with a broad portfolio of products that are constantly being developed, it is important to have a media bank that supports continuous improvements to existing material. BynderTYRI's version management helps TYRI users to "do the right thing" when updates are made available. Previously, a lot of time was spent for each market to ensure which was the latest version of all material.
By introducing “Single Source of Truth”, storing only one version of an image, everyday life is simplified without the user even thinking about it. If an image is retouched or replaced, the new variant is added as a new version on top of the previous one. This way, the user can only make the “right” choice.
Challenge 2:
Find a cloud-based solution with high user-friendliness.
In combination with Bynders user-friendliness, its intuitive interface and smart filter functionality guide the user in an exemplary way. Finding files is now super easy and a real asset in everyday life for TYRI. New material is tagged with metadata at the same time it is uploaded, which immediately makes it searchable and easy to find.
With Bynders “Limited usage” function also ensures that marketing files are made available to employees at the right time during the process. Images and videos that are not yet intended for everyone are hidden when uploaded and automatically appear only on the specified date.

Utilize the media bank in graphic production
Implementation
In order to map the needs in more detail before setting up the Bynder, Zitac Solutions conducted workshops together with TYRI. In that work, a customer-specific taxonomy for the metadata that is relevant to TYRI's assets, operations and target groups was created.
Based on the developed specification, the configuration was then Bynder and adapted to TYRI's unique needs. The taxonomy was implemented, predefined download formats were added, and the smart filter panel was set up. Employees were trained.
For TYRI, which is established in several markets, it was important to have a high level of reliability wherever the user is and with the best possible performance. When implementing Bynder "global storage" was therefore chosen. This means that all assets are stored simultaneously in several geographical locations, values over Bynders CDN, which ensures availability and performance wherever you are.
The result is that markets can now easily reach their media. Despite a company where many have traditionally worked “their way”, positive feedback has been received from the entire organization about TYRI’s new way of working.
Directly consume assets from within Adobe CC
The marketing department uses CI Hub, an add-on to Adobe Creative Cloud. It gives graphic designers the ability to connect directly to Bynder DAM from within Adobe apps to search, filter, and assemble images and movies. No need for alternative storage locations or local servers.
